what? you simply have users opt me out of any legal obligation upon

But you are talking about the non-competitive cell world, not the
computing industry where you have to make improvements in speed and
PRICE... twice the speed and half the price every 18 months... it's
called moore's law and it's going to wipe the cell industry out.

now that apple has entered the market, all old cell companies are
finished, there is no way in hell they can compete against the iphone
with free VoIP over free wifi.

You just are in a non-competitive market, I can see that clearly from
your comments. We'll wipe you out in 10 years... just watch.

There is no need for a "carrier" in the future, you just use a free
connection... which makes MUCH more sense than paying someone.
