Razr V3 Greeting ?

If you go to Settings > Personalize you will find item called
"Greeting" where you can enter text. How is it being used? How can
I make it display on the screen?

I find it's used when I power the phone on. I think by default they tend to
put your phone number in there. At least that's how Mom does it for Dad's
Cell phone.
