This is what happens when your #1. You think you can do whatever the XXXX
you want and your customers are just suppose to take it. I liken Verizon to
Microsoft if their attitude and arrogance. Not to mention the fact that I
can't stand that moronic Can You Hear Me Know XXXXXXX in those stupid
commercials.
