Unlocked pebl on cingular

I have an unlocked pebl which I use on cingulars network. It was
originally from Spain I believe. Ive gotten everything on the phone to
work great with cingular. when the phone turns on or shuts off, it
shows the original "movistar" logo from its original carrier. Is there
a way to replace this with the cingular logo? I know its a nitpick, but
Im just wondering.
