LOL, Navas doesn't even follow his own charter, and you expect others to
follow it?

Irrelevent to any group that John Navas posts to. He violates the very
document that he spams us with and no action is taken by him to correct the
situation. As a result, I declare this group to be without a valid
charter- John Navas has himself proven that this document is no longer
applicable.

Why should he, after all the owner of a group gets to choose which
"rules" he follows.

| Mij Adyaw 2006-11-21, 12:33 pm |
| That is true since John Navas is the owner and the controller of the
Cingular and ATTWS groups.

Can you point out a reference someplace that Navas initiated the
creation of the alt.cellular.attws group?

Mij knows better- he's just trying to get under the skin of the Navas
bashers.

Any Charter is toitally meaningless in an unmoderated "alt" group, and
anyone pretending differently doesn't understand USENET.

No way to enforce any Charter in a unmoderated "alt" group, and it's the
height of silliness to post one and pretend otherwise.

| Mij Adyaw 2006-11-22, 10:33 am |
| John Navas is the enforcer of the charter for both of these newsgroups. You
had better get with the program and learn who is the leader of this group!

The owner of the group is a "he"? Who is the owner of the group again? In
fact, there is no owner of the group and there is no moderator either.

There isn't an owner for either group. How do you own an alt group?
If someone wants to own something, setup a web site with forum
software, and try to attract people to it.

Nice try. And how does one enforce the a "charter" of an unmoderated alt
