My experience is over almost 1 year with Cingular. The first RazrV3 failed within 2 days (white screen) ...they gave me a brand new one sealed in the box that was NOT a refurb and has been perfect since. Recently, it lost the ability to use WAP and I ca
lled customer service and they escalated it to tech support and they went over the settings ad nauseum until I finally said goodbye and went on www.motox.us and put on the latest monsterpack and all is perfect and now I have multiple letter search for the
fonebook and the video camera works!! For our other fone, the screen died a coupla months ago and I called and they sent what appears to be a brand new one via 2nd day delivery and it included a free label to ship back the old one. I have no problem wi
th tech support's performance except perhaps a dunce that one time. Overall, I am happy with Cingular and will soon be going "month-month" when the contract ends. I don't see any advantage to re-up. I'll just go along having the option of change if I f
eel like it!!
