Author what the heck is "5 minutes"

I was looking at my bill, and I see that they have listed something called
"5 minutes" in the part of the bill that lists the included features of the
plan. Has anyone heard of this? I am at a los, it says that I in fact used,
you guesed it, 5 minutes under "user charge details"
