Apparently there is an issue in California with a number of cellular service
providers selling cell phones advertised to have bluetooth functions that do
not. The main phone in question seems to be the Motorola V710. If you go to
https://www. lawyersandsettlement ation
there is more information on this and what can be done about it. There is
also a free case evaluation provided for those who might have purchased such
a phone expecting bluetooth functionality. I hope that this may be of some
help.

Cingular phones do not have Bluetooth disabilities. AFAIK, Bluetooth
disabilities are from the CDMA carriers.

This is a silly, frivolous "issue" that will just enrich lawyers at the
expense of consumers.
