Author motorola phones - answer on speakerphone

My dad is replacing his old V400 but wants another Motorola. One of his complaints
about the V400 is that he has to answer the phone before the speakerphone option
become available. He'd like to just answer it directly via speakerphone. We have
a RAZR and it has the same issue as far as I'm aware (then again it's my wife's phone
so I haven't read the manual). I imagine all Motorola phones are implemented the
same way in software but figured I'd ask if any Motorola products allow this.
