Do you keep old bills with the called numbers listed? Can you call them on a
known (land-line) phone and ask? Can you meet them face to face and ask? Or
wait for them to call you!

You posted this same question, in each of the major cell phone forums. So,
I'm guessing your fishing for a how to get someone's confidential
information. Therefore: I suggest that you find someone that knows this
person, hand them a paper note to pass on to your intended "friend" that
you'd like them to get in contact with you. (return note, phone call, email,
whatever, but FIRST, you give out your information for a return contact).
If they know you, and want you to have their cell phone number, they will
offer it. That works. dr

deserve, just more than you're used to) //free.better-price.biz (for new
lines of wireless service; all carriers; the phones are almost always a
better-price)
