Does anyone know about the reputation and performance of a reseller company
called "Consumer Cellular"? It can be found on www.consumercellular.com

I've been using them for several years now. Two phones (free to $150
ea), shared 400 minutes, free long distance, $40 per month (plus taxes
etc). They use Cingular, have limited choice of phones.

I've been very satisfied, especially with the price. However they are
really low tech and don't pass through any of the more advanced
features that Cingular has available (e.g. no internet). Suitable for
anyone who just wants basic inexpensive cell service and doesn't spend
a lot of time yakking.
