Can anybody indicate to me the experience they are having with Cingular in
Minnesota? How about the Twin Cities metro area in general?

I am asking because I need to make sure I chose the correct provider in a few
months when my current contract with Sprint PCS ends [and this may include
just sticking with Sprint].

To aid in my assessment, and to avoid being committed to a contract for a long
term on several phones with a service that doesn't perform well, I decided to
purchase a Tri-band GSM phone [unlocked] to do some testing with. I figure
that I need to put a Cingular SIM in it or it won't be a true indicator of
coverage, so I plan to activate it on a pre-paid plan. My above questions
pertain, in part, to the fact that the pre-paid plans do not work with
Cingular extended or roaming coverage, which is also important to me.

Please, any non-religeous opinion will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Anybody? Not a single person from Minnesota that would like to share their
experience?
