How can i stop my friends from calling my cell phone?

| Some of my friends get pretty annoying. They keep calling and at all
the wrong times. Id like them to call, but its just pissing me off now
becuase they only call when i dont want the phone to ring.
I cant put it on silent or vibrate becuase i need to to be as loud as
possible. Is there some number i can call to stop certain numbers from
calling me?

This is a VERY easy thing to take care of..........
(1) Call provider and change number......
(2) Give number to family only.....
(3) Dump SHITBAG friends....
(4) Make NEW friends :)

Put THOSE particular callers on a SILENT ringtone.
