I have just purchased an LG F9100 that is an unlocked Cingular phone. I have
T-Mobile and I am able to send rcv texts msgs/calls. How do I get it
reprogrammed to work on the T-Mobile service such as web and being able to
dowload stuff?

Check in the T-Mobile newsgroup. Most Cingular owners wouldn't have a
clue how to make things work in the TMobile network. They have no reason
to know.
