OK, I'm an old guy. I have read various reports that many airports have
(free?) Wi-Fi.
How do I learn how to connect my 8125 to an airport wi-fi?
How do I know the costs?
Any security issues (crooks being able to steal info/identity while I'm
connected)?

Not usually free.

You'll usually get a login page when you launch your browser that gives
the terms and conditions.
