| Anyone have this problem? Other than poor connections at my home which
they assured me would be improved (it hasn't). They replaced my cell
phone and assured me this would help with reception. It hasn't. I
originally had with ATT 1. unlimited nights and weekends and now they
gave me ?? a specified number of minutes. They said I need to upgrade my
plan to get this again. 2. cannot pick up messages anymore from
landline, only can pick up with cell phone...using my minutes. They
said I need to upgrade my plan in order to get this again. Now they
are back as ATT and do they give us back what they took away? So far,
no. I am tempted to go from 29.99 to 39.99 plan but, hate to let them
win. I just want back what they took away. any solutions?

None.
I went through all this. The promotional goodies you had cannot be put
back on your account if you switch back from orange to blue.
Cingular's management of the AT&T Wireless merge is a model of how not
to do business.

| Had ATT Wireless for 11 years. Finally bailed. Although VZW
isn't perfect it's , IMHOP, light years ahead in many ways. Just
visiting a Cingular/ATT sales outlet is not for me an upliftin'
experience. There are other cellular providers out there who
may do a better job for you.. My opinion only, FWIW..
