Hi everyone, I need help using my new phone

I had a black Razr I got when I signed up for Cingular but it got ruined so
I bought a new pink Razr off ebay and put my chip in it and whenever I try t
o connect to the internet it says launching browser and then says Connectio
n unsuccesfull Please try again later

Does anybody have any ideas what I could do to fix this??
BTW the new phone says T-Mobile on the battery cover
