Cingular Moto V400: How to set Phonebook Dialing Only?

| Hi all,
I need to know how or if I can set my dad's V400 so that no one can
call using any other numbers that are not his the V400's
phonebook/address book.
So far, no luck.
Does anyone know if I can set this phone to only call the pre-set
numbers?

| Yes, it's in the manual. Lose it? Download a new one at www.motorola.com.

Thanks for the reply, Bruce, but it seems that Cingular disabled this
function on the V400. :(
