Doesn't Tiger sell a lot of "refurbs" and then charge you a restocking
fee when its garbage?

EBAY: go to category Cell Phones, then go to Phones Only.

| May seem obvious, but if you don't mind purchasing a phone slightly
used I highly recommend EBay. Their seller feedback/rating system is
pretty sound and it's the place to for sellers looking to get rid of
handsets. Used phones can be great and you can save hundreds off the
new retail price of the handset. Especially if you find one that's only
a few months old. Often people will get a phone and find out they hate
it so they turn to EBay, it could be just the phone you're looking for.
If you want a great deal on a new phone, EBay may be helpful also, but
I second the recommendation on Tiger Direct.

You will notice that almost all of the problems reported to the BBB were
resolved to customer's satisfaction. I question the "membership" aspect of
the BBB. I would be interested to see Cingular's true customer ratings. I
certainly wouldn't give Cingular a high customer satisfaction rating. I
have some horror stories of my own, with Cingular but with a great deal of
persistance I have managed to get them resolved. I'm sure that is true
about almost any business out there.
