Found a voicemail on my Treo 650 today from a Cingualr CSA saying that
Cingular has greatly improved the dataplans and went ahead and
automatically upgraded my previous 19.95 5MB plan to 19.95 unlimited
with 200 text messages. I don't even have to change settings to MediaNet.

That was nice of 'em. Not much for the text messages but if you don't use
many of 'em that still comes out nicely. On a 3G phone that is a livesaver.

My thrill was shortlived:

Discovered after this "upgrade" that now I have no longer have any data
connection- it searches, then cancels. LOL I left a message with the
CSA, but he hasn't returned my call.

Only the best and the brightest at Cingular, eh?

Found out he switched my account from PDA dataplan to medianet.
Another CSA fixed it for me.
