| I just got a new copy of Mobile phone tools, and a data cable, and I can not
get this program to see my phone, I have reloaded the program, it updated
itself, I have restarted the computer, I have let windows find the phone
first, and I have not let windows find the phone first, What is the deal, is
this program really that poor? Is there some "trick" I am missing out on?
I had MPT on a previous laptop, with my V400 and I remember it was a tad
bitchy (had to restart sometimes to get it to see the phone) but this is
absolutely asinine.

seems to be the (brand new) cable, shoving the thing in more makes it work.
