Standard phone with best Calendar/Contacts Features?

I am looking for a standard AT&T phone to purchase and I'll be making
extensive use of appointment calendar and contact list features. I say
"standard phone" because I will not be getting any data plan and I know that
you must do that to get a good deal on a PDA phone. Many times the things
that make a phone better than another for calendar functions are subtle can
only owners can relate to them. I've used a V3 and liked it, the Sync seems
like I nice phone but I am unsure of it's calendar functions. I also like
the size of the Motorola Krzr but am unsure if the screen is big enough for
calendar functions.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
