Hi,
I'm trying to connect HC25 Siemens' HSDPA module to GSM network in
India with sim card from Local service provider.
The module is accepting all AT commands that does not need CPIN
authentication..

AT+CPIN=? returns Sim failure
But the sim works with other phones.

If i probe CCVCC, the line is low rather 1.8V/3V, initially one 1.8V,
and 3V pulse is seen on CCIO line. I can't makeout if sim is
responding or not...

Even ATZ0---> Reset to factory settings command is returning error...

Can you please advice me what can be the cause...
