I would go with Sandisk and I would get the fastest one you can. I
have not seen any issues with the 150, but there has been problems
with the 2GB 150's on the Palm Treo. I have a 2GB in my BlackJack and
have experienced no errors.

My own experience is that no name brands are as fast or faster, while
being much less expensive. Check eBay.
