Motorola C139 problem - help!
|
|
|
| Every time I power off the phone the information in my Address Book is
gone from the SIM card. I have saved the numbers to SIM so that I can
use the 1Touch dial feature. Works fine until I turn off the phone.
When I turn it back on I have to access the Address Book before the
1Touch works.
Is that normal for this phone? Shouldn't the SIM card retain the data
even when the phone is powered off?

| Yes the SIM card will retain it's data. Double check your setup, I believe
speed dialing only works with numbers in the phone memory on that model.

The manual says it only works with numbers saved to SIM or Fixed Dial.
