I have bluetooth capability on my PC. I figured out how to see my Treo
device and use it for dialup networking, which works well.

I'm wondering what else I can do with Bluetooth. The only other
services that I see on my PC are audio gateway and something called
"OBEX Object Push".

I was expecting that there would at least be a way to copy files back
and forth between the Treo and the PC but I'm not seeing it.

Are there additional software packages I can install?

That's what OBEX Object Push does. Right-click a file on your PC, and
then click Send To -> Bluetooth Device.
