Why does cingular make it hard to make your last payment?

| If you ask me this seems intentional and I consider that wrong.
Honestly if I ring up to disconnect I'm not interested in options to
stay a customer but when you do that you instantly lose the ability to
pay your bill online. Now I am overseas right now and not only do I
not get my final electronic bill statement I have no way to pay it
other than making an international phone call to the US.
I should be able to make my last payment online ... just how damn
difficult is it?
I really don't think it should be that difficult.

If you use any major bank for online banking all you simply do is put in
the payment address, CS phone # and account number and you can pay
online from anywhere in the world, simple...

| Well it would be simple if you knew what the final billing amount
should be.

| Yes that is what I had to do .... even when you call international
they still put you in the queue.
My beef is I shouldn't have to make an international phone call to
know my final billing amount but the way they have it setup that is
what I'm forced to do.
