Author Can I receive attachments

Have a Motorola Razr V3. I can receive messages with attachments but
can't find the attachments. Any way to do this?

SMS cannot handle attachments. Did you mean MMS?

Sent to which gateway? The SMS and MMS gateways are different -- see
the Cingular FAQ below.

For the phone to accept an audio file, it has to be encoded in a
supported format.

What does that mean? Is mine 'encoded?' In not, can it be 'encoded?'
Or does the file have to be encoded?

Check the documentation for audio formats supported by the phone, and
then encode accordingly. Or use something like BVRP Mobile Phone Tools
that will automatically encode properly.
