Why not take a poll in this ng.... Personally, I would considering
paying a monthly fee for GPS, but would never pay for mobile TV. One's
of functional use, the other is purely for entertainment and I view it
as more of a gimmick than anything.

I agree. I love the GPS on my Blackberry 8800. And the fact that I
can use it for free (e.g., Blackberry Maps, GoogleMaps) with the
Blackberry Data Plan rather than pay like one has to with MobiTV is a
big plus.

You can buy a standalone GPS and pay no fees. I don't get why anyone
would pay a fee.
Like mobile TV? get an iPod and watch tons of stuff for free or low cost.
