Ignore such things.
Sales figures have not been released, obviously, and news reporters
often try to say something amazing (even if totally unjustified) just
to be heard. Witness the number of reporters whining about missing
features in Leopard before more than a few features were known.
Or, the number of excited morons trying to report the winner of the
Florida election a little while back just to be first to say it.
