I doubt it. The user interface is excellent, it's a good consumer
device. Those dissing it are trying to make it into something that it's
not. It's _not_ a PDA, it's _not_ a Blackberry or Treo alternative, and
it's _not_ for doing a lot of e-mail sending (though reading is fine).

The problem with the iPhone, the lack of 3G and the agonizingly slow web
browsing while using EDGE (the big complaint of all the reviewers) will
no doubt be addressed in the next version. Like any new product, it pays
to not get caught up in the excitement, and wait for second (or third)
version.
