"Initial research into the guts of Apple Inc.=92s iPhone shows Samsung=

Electronics Co. Ltd. and Infineon Technologies AG as two of the major
component suppliers for the much-hyped device. But figures from tear-d=

And use that as an excuse to foist crappy phones on us.
Glad Apple is raising the bar.

The market demands what the market gets.

Apple will find out that people are used to changing phones out every
few months.

That's only what the components cost. Then there's all kind of other
costs (design, distribution, marketing). After all those costs, it's
probably somewhere between 10-20% margin.

That's probably after all of those above costs.

And you don't think they know this? People change phones because of how
bad most of them are

That's only because the initial price is so high. Once the hype wears
off, and the competition becomes better known, the prices will fall as
Apple makes a play for market share.
