I just got a new phone, but I don't have a sim card for it. Is it possible
for me to buy a sim card without having to go out and buy a whole new phone?
If so, where could I get the sim card?

At a company store run by your cellular carrier.

Same phone account? Just move the SIM from your current phone to the
new one.
