I think his subject was supposed to mean "iPhones *minus* $100"
rather than iPhones *dash* $100.

For $100 I'd buy one just to tinker with. For $400 they can keep
'em! ;-)

Saw my first iPhone "in the wild" today. A guy waiting for a plane
at DIA was grooving to tunes on his iPhone, while surfing the web...

....on his laptop. ;-)

I'd have chatted him up about it but I assume he wanted to be left
alone to his music and work.

Do notice that a $399 refurbished iPhone comes with the EXACT SAME
1 year warranty as a "new" one.

Compare and contrast to a fancy Phillips Norelco Elecric razor.

New: 2 years; refurbished 90 day warranty.
