| Here is something that I have been wondering about. Is it possible to copy
the information from one SIM card to the next? The reason I ask this is
because I have a new Cingular 64 Bit SIM card that I bought on Ebay. I would
like to copy the information from my older 32 Bit SIM card that I originally
got from the old AT&T Wireless several years ago.
Is this possible, and if so, will it have any ill effects on the SIM card or
it's contents or the information that it holds? Meaning will the card still
produce the same information to AT&T and just be a newer card?

| to put your active account onto the new sim you need to visit or call at&t,
they change the sim card number in their computer system. If you just want
to copy names and numbers to the new sim there is a device called 'sim card
backup' for sale on the internet (like ebay) and some stores have the
technology to copy one sim to another. Stores MAY charge you for the
service if you did not buy the phone from them, call around and find your
best option.
