| Samsung Blackjack - Outgoing email problem (Sorry, this is a multi-
post, by accident), I also posted to the microsoft.smartphone forum as
well, my apologies.
I'm having an interesting issue with my Blackjack. I have configured
it to send email through my server, which requires sasl
authentication. However, the blackjack is unable to authenticate with
the server. When the box "require authentication" is selected, what
authentication method does it us, as SASL is apparently not working.
Thanks

They have different addresses.
mx.mycingular.net. 900 IN A 66.102.172.222
mx.mycingular.net. 900 IN A 66.102.164.222
cwmx.com. 10800 IN A 66.102.165.100

Yeah, my server allows posting from SMTP, and I've looked deeper in
the the problem, and I have found what was causing the problem with
SMTP. When you use that option for "login for outgoing email" it uses
MS's NTLM authentication which isn't the most open or friendly
authentication mechanism for SMTP.
I'm working on a workaround right now, but I am also looking on
getting the phone setup with cingular's smtp server. Do they have any
requirements for sending out email over their SMTP servers?
Thanks
Mike
