How to transfer java apps to my LG cu500?

| Hi
I don't have data enabled on my LG CU500 cuz its so expensive for how little
I would use it. Right now I just want to transfer a couple of java apps I
found online to my LG CU500 phone. I got the microsd 1GB card and bluetooth
dongle for my pc, so I can transfer files between my pc and phone just fine,
but the problem is just placing the JAD and JAR files on the phone is not
enough to run them. I'm guessing there is some protected folder where the
java files must be placed so they can be run like other apps on the phone.
Can anyone tell me how to run these apps? TIA
