Hey, Oxford--what about that free WiFi?

| You know, not only how there's WiFi everywhere, but that it's free for
the taking--no matter what?
About how you could NEVER get arrested for stealing someone else's WiFi
connection?
How "nobody cares about a TOS" with respect to the homeowner or business
owner paying for his internet connection, then sharing it out to the
world?
How England cracks down on this severely?
You haven't commented on any of this. What, cat got your tongue? Well,
then, get it out of that cat's XXX! Tell us how the news reports are
all wrong!
And tell me again how you get free WiFi continuously throughout, say,
Montana?

England has different laws that we do stateside.
Here in Houston,Tx it's often easier to find WiFi than 3G, as the ATT
maps of coverage are worthless. Its worse than swiss cheese.
You know of a Burger King or McDonalds, or Library, or Hotel with
WiFi, it'll be there.
