I bet they are afraid of you John. You may make more trouble for them
than what it is worth. That is why you get what you ask for.
It is us common customers who get ripped off by the cell companies.

Actually just walking into a store, and asking politely. Likewise when
calling Customer Care. More than once if necessary -- I use the Rule of
Threes. ;)

Then you might want to give my method a try. ;) If you do get ripped
off, you only have yourself to blame.
