I forgot ... where are the newsgroup charters stored,
along with the New Group announcements...

BTW - I seem to recall years ago when ATT Wireless came alive,
I may have actually asked for the newsgroup to be created on the ISP I was
using at the time,
and I think they may have just issued a Create for it.
