Is there any way to transfer all info (contacts INCLUDING pictures and text
messages) from my V710 to a RAZR? TIA.

Considering the contact entry just uses a picture stored on the phone,
no. You'd have to find a way to transfer the picture also.

The contacts list is easy, get MPT (Motorola Phone Tools), back up the
V710's data then restore it to the Razr.
