Upgrading from Treo 600 to Treo 650

| I just orderd my new 650 and want to know if I sync it, will my "stuff" be
transferred to the device or will I have to re-enter everything and install
all the software? Also, does it use the same cradle and can anyone suggest
a really good BT headset?
Thanks,
JohnS

Hello Homer,
This is Kevin from Palm. I would suggest following the set-up guide at
the Palm site.
"Start here: setting up your Treo 650 can be seen at"
http://www.palmone.com/cgi-bin/cso_kbURL.cgi?ID=7628
There is a section there for "Upgrading from another device?" which has
another link, "guide to upgrading to a Treo 650", which you'll want to
click through.
Because some applications, features or databases are incompatible with
the Treo 650, they will not be transferred from your old device. If you
want to move these items to your Treo 650, you'll need to do it
manually, and suggestions on how to accomplish this are provided.
The connector is different from the one on the Treoo 600. I wouldn't be
able to recommend any particular bluetooth headset, but others here may
have some suggestions.
Hope that helps.
Sincerely
Kevin

Thank you Kevin! Exactly what I was looking for. I orderd the Motorola
700 BT and will post how it is when I test it. I once had the Scalia but
was not too thrilled with it.
