Author samsung i730 keyboard legible?

maybe it's me, but when i look at the keyboard on the samsung sch
i-730, all i see is silver. the keys are illegible.

anybody know if the sch-i830 will improve upon this? i know they are
dropping wi-fi and adding gsm roaming.

tried that, doesnt help much, except in a dark room
