Wanted: Phn that speaks caller ID via Bluetooth headset

| I'd like a cellphone that audibly announces
the caller ID info through a bluetooth headset
whenever it receives a call so that I wouldn't
have to look at the phone's display.
For example, if a call came in with caller ID
412-667-3839, the phone's voice would speak
"4-1-2-6-6-7-3-8-3-9", and if the call was
from a number with blocked caller ID, the
phone's voice would speak "private" or
"unavailable."
Does this exist on any cellphone?

Closest I have seen is the Plantronic Voyager (do not quote me on it)
shows the caller id on the inside of the earphone so if you look at it
before plugging onto your ear you see the #.

Not from verizon for sure, they cripple the bluetooth so that ONLY HF and
HS work. I paired a fully functional RAZR to my Jensen head unit in my
jeep two days ago. Gotta get my butt in gear and edit the seem in my 815
after seeing a fully functional bluetooth. vs my verizon crippled one.
