any problems transitioning to the new cell phones from a startac 7868
cellphones of which I own one?
the interface on the new cellphones that I'm looking at to replace the
startac is very different.

From my experience with friends who had the same concerns it will
probably take about 10 minutes.

I have never found a phone with the voice quality of a the Startac 7868, or
that was as well built.

| I'll give you the build part but my V60i's (all of them) were just as good
and my 815's are even better. Build wise though I liked the Tac although in
the later times they were made in China (not Harvard IL) and the quality was
not there any more. Just my .02

The downside is you won't be able to read the displays in bright light on
the new phones, not like the startac's mono screen. I had a 7868 and miss
it, I'd go back to one in a heartbeat from my E815 if they made one that
was bluetooth enabled. My buddy has a Mercedes SLK that has a silver one
that has black/green screen which is even easier to read.
