I noticed that on our Nextel and Virgin Mobile phones
that are running the AOL/AIM Java IM application
that only about 30 names from the Buddy List
are displayed.... guessing a nice binary 32 number.

We have about 50 folks in our list,
so some may be online,
but not sure if they are being displayed as online ?

Wonder if others have noticed this built-in Buddy limit
and have any other operational info?

Your Buddy List

The first time you sign on to the Mobile Device Group is automatically
created in youexisting buddy list. The first 30 buddies you have added
are copied into that group. The buddies in the Mobile Device Group are
those you can access using your phone. When you add or delete buddies
from your phonthe Mobile Device Group. Up to thirty names from this
group can be viewed using your mobile phone.
