Please consult the Verizon PRL and tell me where it shows Verizon roaming
to Alltel and Sprint anywhere in Eastern South Carolina......it won't.

Verizon phones inside my local WalMart, within sight of a perfectly good
working Sprint PCS tower and within 1/2 mile of a perfectly good-working
Alltel tower will show NO SERVICE about 8 feet inside the front door,
FORBIDDEN from roaming to Alltel or Sprint....even if you dial 911!

Look at the bottom of the PRL analysis and you'll see Alltel in Charleston,
SC, on the exclusion list.....as is Sprint.

Even people with old PRLs will be rejected from using Alltel or Sprint PCS
by those carriers. The old PRLs would roam to these other carriers in the
dead zones and many savvy users refused to update to the excluded PRLs.
So, in response, VZW had their phones shut out of the other
carriers.....It's VZW or NOTHING in SC....roam my XXX.
