This area is in their coverage area, heavily populated with users. The
signals are just enough to use in the parking lots of hundreds of stores in
this shopping district. They don't HAVE service in this area because the
signal is too weak from towers far away. As in my other rant, FCC just
needs to step in and force coverage, either by forcing new construction or
forcing them ALL to share resources to correct the problem.
