You never know what is really correct or not with Verizon's CSRs, but I
explicitly asked about AC2 versus AC, regarding off-network roaming, and
they told me that I could go up or down with minutes under AC, and not be
put onto AC2, or lose my off-peak start time. If I switch to a plan with
included text and pictures, or a family plan, then I lose my plan.
