One thing has me baffled (well, not really). You started
out with your cross post to the world implying that VZW
was tricking people, being less than ethical in their marketing,
dishonest, etc, etc. Why is it that you continue to go on
verbal conversations with CSRs (that you claim are
inconsistent, never get the same answer, evasive,
clueless, ...) and hearsay from others.
Why don't you simply pose your questions and concerns
to them in writing and get a written reply?
I suppose that might end the thread though...
